CORP-KEEP
is a free legal service provided to clients for whom we act as corporate counsel.
We also have a flat rate yearly program for maintaining corporate records and fulfilling statutory duties, such as Annual Shareholder Meetings, Board Meetings, and Corporate Book entries (record share owners of the corporation may change after stock ownership changes or employee purchases).
Corp-Keep allows clients to have an open line to an attorney on issues relating to properly safekeeping the corporate structure, corporate procedural matters, and legal actions for or against the corporation.
Corp-Keep maintenance includes:
